A skilled nursing facility located in Dover, NJ is currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator
*Salary: Up to $215K per year (depending on experience)*
Responsibilities of the Administrator- Nursing Home:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Must have valid NJ Administrator license
- Must have at least four years of current Administrator experience in long term care
- Must have experience in long term care
- Must be a self-starter and energetic
- Strong verbal & written communication skill
